双丰村在上砂镇西南部山区，距镇区9千米，共有12个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后，此地叫作双輋；后来因为两个生产队的粮仓丰收，才改为双丰村。[1]

1958年至1983年间为双丰大队。1984年2月，大队改设乡政府；1986年定为双丰村民委员会，1990年成立管理区，1999年改称村委会，沿用至今。[1]

2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]
