名胜古迹[edit]

祥龙寺在村内，距325国道约2公里。寺院始建于清末，2011年完成重建。2010年，祥龙寺与古山寺一同获评「全国和谐寺观教堂」。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，村地归龙潭乡。1958年至1983年间称井下大队，归龙潭公社管辖。1984年2月起大队撤销，改设井下乡；1986年起称井下村委会，1990年起为井下管理区办事处，1999年恢复村委会建制。[1]
