庙角村位于县城河婆西面，离县城约2公里，有3个自然村。村内的三山国王祖庙是当地重要的文化旅游资源[1][3]。

文化旅游[edit]

三山国王祖庙位于本村，相传始建于隋代，清康熙二十二年（1683年）曾扩建，1984年又经重建，现为广东省文物保护单位[1][3][6]。2023年，祖庙获授国家级「海峡两岸交流基地」[4]。自2023年10月挂牌「海峡两岸交流基地」以来，村里借助祖庙的文化资源，推动绿美与农文旅融合发展[2]。

乡村建设[edit]

近年村内改造了排水沟、涵管和灌溉沟渠，拓宽了道路；沿河道路两侧补种了宫粉紫荆和紫风铃1000多株，以形成绿美风景带[5]。村里还整合农户的青橄榄果树进行升级改造，规划以祖庙为依托的游、购、食、住综合体[5]。

2025年，村里集中了约200亩土地，平整后建成135亩高标准藕田，并修整了1000米机耕道，发展莲藕产业[2]。

社区荣誉[edit]

2021年10月，庙角村挂牌为揭阳市首个「美丽宜居村」，先后实施了18个新农村建设项目[7]。

2023年11月，庙角村入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」。2022年1月，庙角村被广东省乡村振兴局列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位[1]。
