老龙村在揭东县城北部，东侧与云路镇赵埔村交界，南面是新龙村，西面连着莲花心村，北边与东寮村相接。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明末建寨。1949年称老龙乡；1986年析出，另设老龙村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

2008年底，村里修成了通往莲花心村的水泥路，村民去埔田圩的道路因此通畅。[2]

2009年，全村工农业总产值为471万元，人均收入达4666元。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，老龙村进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
