凤美村是玉滘镇东部的行政村，东侧以枫江与潮州市相隔，南与登岗镇相邻，北接镇行政中心。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子建于宋末。民国时期归第四区管辖，1949年划入梅岗区。1958年为玉滘区凤美乡，1963年改为云路公社凤美大队，后又称凤凰生产大队。1970年并入储美大队，改称凤美乡，1986年成为凤美村，沿用至今。[1]
