海山镇是广东省潮州市饶平县下辖的镇，位于县境南部海滨，由南、北两个岛屿组成，古称蓬莱，是潮州市唯一的海岛镇。[2][3]镇境东靠柘林湾，南面隔海与南澳县对望，西面与汕头市澄海区接壤，北面连着汫洲镇。[1]镇人民政府驻隆北社区，下辖5个社区和12个行政村。[1][2]海洋资源丰富，渔业条件优越，1992年起归潮州市管辖。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，此地隶属饶平县的信宁都汫洲堡。[3]民国十七年（1928年）设海山区，该区建制延续至民国三十七年（1948年）。[2]1950年1月再设海山区，1951年8月改属饶平县第十一区。[2][3]

1956年底前后撤区设乡，此地分为海南、海北两个乡；博雅地名网的概况页记撤区为1957年，沿革页记为1956年底。[2][3]1958年5月两乡合为海山乡，同年9月18日它改制为海山人民公社。[3]此后，1983年11月5日撤销公社，改设区；1986年11月升格为行政镇，当时隶属汕头市，1992年起归潮州市管辖。[3]

据博雅地名网的地名由来，镇人民政府所在的岛屿，因主岛为小山、四面环海而得名。[2]

地理环境[edit]

海山镇由南、北两个岛屿组成。全镇面积，博雅地名网作49.6平方千米，百度百科作69.18平方千米，后者未注年份。[3][1]海岸线长34公里，海洋资源丰富，渔业发展条件优越。[3]

对外交通靠三百门大堤与高沙水闸大堤，二者是海岛通往大陆的通道。[3]

人口与行政区划[edit]

第七次全国人口普查结果为5.58万人，在饶平县各街道乡镇中排第3位。[2]2019年末户籍人口为81224人。[1]两者年份与口径不同。

经济[edit]

2011年，全镇地方财政收入539万元，上缴国税与地税合计477万元。[1]2019年，全镇工业企业共26家，规模以上的只有1家；营业面积超过50平方米的综合商店或超市有6个。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年、2021年和2022年的「淘宝镇」名单都有海山镇，其中2021年名单由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合发布。[1][2]

2021年9月，海山镇列入广东省农业农村厅公布的「第三批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业镇」名单，主导产品为对虾种苗。[2]

2024年3月，海山镇被命名为「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」。[2]

2026年3月，海山镇被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

海山隆福寺位于海山岛烟楼山麓，始建于晋代（265—420年），志书称其为潮汕最早创建的寺庵，历经多次兴废。[4]1986年至1994年，释光辉法师主持重修；1988年10月21日，该寺被列为县重点文物保护单位，同年登记开放。[4]

广东抗日第一仗指挥中心旧址在隆北社区中部的刘氏家庙内。[4]1938年6月，日军侵占南澳岛，图以该岛为跳板进犯潮汕和广东。[4]国民党第157师第940团第一营，联合澄海、饶平、南澳的民众抗日自卫团，合计300多人，统称义勇军，驻扎海山，把刘氏家庙用作指挥中心，打击日军。[4]该祠始建于明代，清代续建。[4]祠堂1993年11月列为县级文物保护单位，2019年4月19日公布为第九批广东省文物保护单位，名称为「海山义勇军抗日指挥部旧址」。[4]

侯山摩崖石刻位于浮任村侯山上，当地俗称「松磐石刻」，刻于清代，周边榕树成景。[4]石刻共4面，3面朝东，1面朝北，总面积约8平方米，题有「海山之雅」「山海奇观」等字。[4]该处2011年4月列为县级文物保护单位。[4]

隆南朱氏宗祠位于隆南社区南面，始建于明嘉靖年间，清康熙、光绪年间重建，1980年和1991年两次重修。[4]门额题「朱氏宗祠」，祠内有木雕、石雕和嵌瓷装饰。[4]1993年7月列为县级文物保护单位。[4]

东沙湾度假村位于东港村的海边，占地面积120万平方米，隔海与南澳岛相对。[4]沙滩上设有长3公里的木麻黄防风林带，区内设海滨浴场、烧烤场和住宿等设施。[4]

郑清之墓位于坂上村三百门大湾山北麓，墓主为南宋右丞相郑清之。[4]郑清之于淳祐十一年（1251年）携夫人及四子南下，在三百门定居，当年冬病逝。[4]维基百科载其卒于1252年1月1日（淳祐十一年十一月）。[5]墓于1992年列为饶平县文物保护单位，维基百科载公布时间为1992年9月。[4][5]
