溪美村是广东省潮州市饶平县新塘镇下辖的行政村，属村庄类聚落 [1]。
历史沿革[edit]
溪美一带在1951年属第三区南淳乡，1958年划入南淳大队；1974年由南淳大队分出，单独设为溪美大队 [1][2]。此后，1983年成为溪美乡，1986年组建村委会，1990年改为管理区，1999年村委会重新设立，延续至今 [1][2]。
姓氏宗族[edit]
据维基百科，村中陈氏的来历有两说：一说于明末清初迁入，一说元朝时由福建宁化县石壁乡迁入。明朝时已建陈氏宗祠，占地近500平方米，为三厅两庭的格局，木雕、石雕、嵌瓷三种潮汕建筑工艺并用 [3]。
