上山村位于饶洋镇境内，是镇辖的一个行政村。村史经历了从归二祠管辖到设立村委会的多次调整，早年的建制多与山林和农会有关。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，上山一带由二祠管辖。解放后它改归九村的三中管理，并组织起上山农会；合作化时期又分为十八社与中星社。[1]

1958年分社以后，此地再度归二祠管区，分成上山、下山两个大队。1964年，分社改由新丰公社领导，后又转为新山林场。1972年改称上山场，1983年则成为上山乡。[1]

1986年改行村委会建制，隶属饶洋镇；数年后设上山管理区，1999年再次设村委会，并沿用至今。[1]
