黄冈镇是广东省潮州市饶平县下辖的镇，也是县城所在地，是全县的政治、经济和文化中心。[1][2]镇境位于县域南部沿海，东邻福建省诏安县，南临南海，黄冈河由北向东南贯穿镇区注入南海，素有“广东东大门”之称。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋淳祐五年（1245年）潮州府在此建成城寨，以石砌城，屯兵百人，此后辖至鮀浦水军寨，成为潮州府的军事门户。[5]元明清三代，黄冈一直是粤东的军事重镇。[5]明洪武三年（1370年）设黄冈巡检司；嘉靖戊申年（1548年）因海寇侵扰，居民余廷仁等请求筑城，由潮州知府郭春震主持重建。[5]清顺治元年（1644年）饶镇总兵吴六奇再次重建城垣，康熙三年（1664年）官府迁界并拆毁城池，城址荒废八年，至康熙十一年（1672年）由潮州知府宋徵壁重建。[5]

1907年（光绪三十三年，丁未年）农历四月，陈涌波、余既成等在黄冈发动起义，于四月十一日晚仓促举事。[2]起义军约七百人攻占黄冈城，余既成被推为临时军政府副司令。[2][14]清军增援后，起义军于十六日宣布解散，战死94人，事后被捕遇害的党人有六十余名。[2]

1928年（民国十七年）黄冈始设政区，1940年建镇。[5]1953年1月，饶平县治由三饶镇迁到此地，黄冈镇成为县城。[5]1958年，黄冈、凤江、汫洲、联山四处合并为凤江人民公社，1959年又析出，另立黄冈人民公社。[5]1983年镇政府得以恢复，1986年9月，东界的仙春与碧岗两乡连同凤洲区一并划入。[5]

地理环境[edit]

黄冈镇地处南海之滨、闽粤交界，地势北高南低，以低丘和河海积平原为主，属亚热带海洋季风气候。[1][4]潮州港是国家对外开放的一类港口，镇北约两公里处的栖云山上有石壁山风景区。[4][10]

按2012年的统计，外贸出口额为1.8亿美元，农业产值6.02亿元，工业产值则达38.46亿元；农民年收入以人均6915元计。[4]工业以水族机电为主，列入广东省产业集群升级示范区；2010年被广东省评为技术创新专业镇。[4]

沿海水产有对虾、鳗鱼、大澳泥蚶、叠石赤蟹等，岭头单丛茶也是镇内的特产。[4][3]2014年7月，黄冈镇被确定为全国重点镇；2019年10月列入全国综合实力千强镇，位第969名；2021年10月列入全国千强镇，位第600名。[3]2021年1月列入第二批广东省旅游风情小镇，2020年、2021年和2022年先后入选阿里研究院发布的淘宝镇名单。[3]

文化[edit]

布马舞又称竹马舞，据百度百科，宋末元初传入饶平，起源于上饶古驿道旁的新丰镇，后流传到黄冈霞西等地。[12]该舞于2006年进入广东省非遗保护名录。[12]2018年至2020年度，饶平布马舞获评“广东省民间文化艺术之乡”项目。[3]

宝斗饼八角四方，形似骰子，饼皮以精面粉和猪油或豆油制成，馅以绿豆泥为主，创制于明朝末年。[13]该饼在2022年初被认定为饶平县第二批县级非遗代表项目，类别为传统技艺。[13]

2011年，国家文化部授予黄冈镇「中国民间文化艺术之乡」称号。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

石壁山风景区位于栖云山上，总面积约7.5平方千米，1990年12月管理处注册成立，山上有古雷音寺、纳海楼、涑玉泉等景点。[10][4]

古岭寺位于栖云山东麓，寺前临柘林港湾。[7]寺院建于清初，1992起由释达悟尼师张罗筹款重修，至1997年完工。[7]

观海寺建在碧岗村背后的炮台山上，年代可上溯到宋朝（公元960年至1279年之间）。[6]1988年，该寺被县里列为重点文物保护单位。[6]

瑞光台坐落于河南社区，明天启年间（1622—1626年）建成，之后1735年（雍正十三年）曾经重修，此后在1984年与2003年经两次修缮。[8]它属于县级文物保护单位。[8]

「黄冈丁未革命纪念亭」位于中山公园内，1934年建，1987年重修，为纪念1907年的丁未黄冈起义而建；2008年被列为广东省文物保护单位。[9]

名贤余氏家庙位于楚巷社区，始建于明宣德十年（1435年），清道光年间、民国年间和1993年先后重修。[15]

汛洲岛在柘林湾中部，距黄冈河口南面约4公里，全岛面积2.5平方公里左右。[11]岛上最高处为烟墩山，海拔144米，另载森林覆盖率超过90%。[11]
