石柱坑村位于文祠镇西南部，离镇政府约2千米，属革命老区。村名原为“石头坑”，因周边多石得名。[2][1]

村史[edit]

明永乐十三年（1415年），自福建永定来此定居的是廖六一（得安），村中廖姓以他为先祖。1958年并入西社大队，1978年析出自立大队，初名钢石大队；1988年改为石柱坑管理区，1999年起改称石柱村民委员会。[1][2]

人口与产业[edit]

山地1706亩，耕地307亩，农业以橄榄、杨梅为主。2005年统计，本村有712人，分属176户。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
