神前村位于潮安区归湖镇，在镇驻地东面约3公里处，东侧与田东村相邻，南侧与凤东村交界，西侧接塘埔村。全村3.85平方公里。2026年2月的统计里，村内有6个自然村、11个村民小组，人口1940人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此村旧称「城前」，后因读音相近改为今名。1958年这里设神前大队，1999年改为村民委员会。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村中常见的姓氏有陈、林、盛、王、柯、彭、许等。全村的6个自然村为神前、北洋、山埔、石头垸、黄山岭仔和塔兜。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村南山尾与日月墩一带有5处宋代窑址。西南山坡的王大宝墓是广东省文物保护单位，墓的修建时间为南宋乾道六年（1170年）。[1]
塔兜祠堂旧时是地下交通站所在地。[1]
经济[edit]
以农业为主，水稻、橄榄、柑桔是主要作物。截至2026年2月，果树种植面积1200亩，耕地1500亩。2025年，本村被列为归湖镇「百亩百山」现代鲜果园建设的一处。村内鱼池近千亩，是镇里重要的淡水养殖区。[1]
