仙溪村是庵埠镇下辖的行政村，村内有仙溪王氏大宗祠，属省级文物保护单位。[4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村名因流经村边的一条河名叫仙溪而来。[2]

1958年以主村之名设仙溪大队，1999年改设仙溪村民委员会。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

仙溪王氏大宗祠俗称「老虎祠」，座西南向东北，始建于明代，清康熙三十年重建，之后于1831年、1930年、1981年三次重修。祠前有麒麟照壁与祠门相对，屋脊与屋檐以嵌瓷塑装饰，题材多取古代戏曲。[4][5]

大宗祠的拜亭内悬有「榜眼秋台」牌匾，是为表彰南宋名宦王大宝而立。2012年，它经广东省政府批准，列入第七批省级文物保护名录。[4][5]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，村庄列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，村庄先后入选淘宝村名单。[1]
