龙桥社区属庵埠镇，设立于2004年。得名的缘由是居委会坐落在龙桥路的中段。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区居民委员会于2004年成立，地处龙桥路中段，遂以「龙桥」命名，此名沿用至今。[1][3]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，社区上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2025年11月，入选「广东省未来社区（完整社区）建设试点」名单。[1]

据百度百科，潮安区首个社区「大党委」在龙桥社区成立，社区是潮州市推进「两社三中心」建设的试点，通过民主协商机制推动老旧小区加装电梯等工作，社区曾获「广东省六好平安和谐社区」称号。[2]
