仙乔社区位于庵埠镇政府驻地东侧，离镇政府约一千米，名字由仙溪与乔林两村各取一字而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1983年设仙乔街道，1985年改为社区居民委员会，此后一直沿用这一名称。[2]

人口民族[edit]

社区管辖的城镇居民分布于厦吴、梅溪、开濠、凤歧、官路、乔林、仙溪七个自然村，共计2554户、10629人，划为4个居民组，细分为43个居民小组。[1]

经济[edit]

据百度百科，2003年社区企业营业总收入为5.31亿元，工业总产值为3.68亿元；辖区企业以食品生产和印刷包装为主。[1]

文化[edit]

社区获评「全国科普示范社区」，设有科普宣传栏和活动室。[1]
