仁里村是广东省潮州市潮安区沙溪镇下辖的行政村，俗称陈李畔，位于镇的西北部，距镇治5里。村子东面紧挨生聚村，西面以程畔村为界，南边与高厦一村隔望，北面接玉湖村。[1][2]

村中以陈姓为多，另有丰、柯等姓。村民中有不少旅居东南亚、法国等地的侨胞，村子是沙溪镇的侨乡。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据村情所载，明朝初年（公元1404—1418年），福建莆田涵头村石狮巷的陈氏迁来此地定居。当时此地已有史、卢、潘几姓聚居，村中建有仁美古庙。村名「仁里」取自《论语》「里仁为美」之义。[2]

抗战前，村子与高厦、贾里并为和平乡。1950年，它与程畔、生聚合成仁聚乡，属潮安第七区、第十区。1956年归潮安县高厦乡，1957年属沙溪乡，1958年后归金石公社。1961年，它与生聚并成一个仁聚大队；至1964年，分立为仁里大队，归沙溪公社管辖。1985年为仁里乡，1987年才叫仁里村。[1][2]

地理与经济[edit]

村子交通方便，灌溉自流，地势平坦。耕地1459亩，山地570亩，现有生柑332亩；主种水稻、地瓜、花生和生柑等。人口2699人，住602户。工副业有抽纱、服装和锡页加工等，锡页加工场有30余间。[2]

侨乡[edit]

目前旅居东南亚、法国等地的侨胞有127户、1092人。村中有富珍、钦台、桂记等早年旅外乡亲回乡所建的大型建筑。陈中明先生多次回乡捐建，包括新富珍、抽纱场、沙溪侨联大楼及村中水改设施。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年4月，村子在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单中。2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
