康乐村是广东省中山市沙溪镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府的南面，南面与大涌镇相邻，北侧与横栏镇接壤。[1][2]它由原水溪、岗背、板尾园三个行政村合并而成。[2][3]村名取「康」为安宁、「乐」为欢喜之意，寓意人民安居乐业，因村委会驻地在此而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年，岗背、水溪、板尾园、土瓜、涌边、涌头、婆石、厚山一带的八个小乡合并为康乐乡。[2]1961年分设大队，1967年合设康乐大队，下辖六个生产队。[2]

1984年复称康乐乡，1990年改设康乐管理区，1998年设立康乐村委会，合并后于2001年组成现在的康乐村委会。[2]

经济[edit]

村里的岗背市场商铺密集，沿岐涌公路两侧有多家红木家具厂，形成以家具为主的产业链。[2]村委会也有对外出租的集体厂房，是工商业的聚集地带。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，康乐村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]原水溪村曾是省卫生村，其道路两旁的绿化带尤为突出。[2]
