历史沿革[edit]
此村的行政隶属在元代至2003年间多次变动，先后属香山县永乐乡、得能都，之后又归齐富湾社区。[1]
文物与民居[edit]
村内保留有清代的先锋庙，另有民国时期的碉楼11座；其中一处侨房（白沙湾大街四巷25号）被列为中山市不可移动文物。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村周围是老虎山、金龙山一带的丘陵，岐江河在北侧流过，形成天然的界线。[1]
据百度百科，2015年户籍人口为1897人，海外侨胞分布于美、加、澳等国。[1]
经济与民俗[edit]
过去村民以种水稻和甘蔗为生；白沙湾工业区于2002年建成，之后汽车销售业在此集聚。[1]
当地仍有清明联合祭祖、佛诞舞狮、七月十四「担十四」等习俗。村中族谱记载，明清时期陈、罗、汤三姓先后迁入。[1]
