麻三村是广东省东莞市麻涌镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中心地带，属旧商业中心区，中麻公路贯通全村。村域面积3.69平方千米，下辖14个村民小组。[3][5]

村内户籍人口的数字两处不同：镇政府栏目称1559户4750人，博雅地名网则记1088户3774人，均未注年份。外来人口一说26000人，一说1334人，口径差距很大，本条两说并存。[2][3]

交通与区位[edit]

村庄距广深高速入口约2公里，西距广州经济技术开发区约2公里，南距新沙港约3公里，离107国道也很近，水陆交通方便。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年，麻三划入东莞县第八区；1953年改属第十四区。1954年，麻涌乡农会分设四个分会，麻三为第三分会，同年成立合作社。[1][4]

1958年公社化时，麻三与麻一合为一营，称麻一营；1960年分开，另设麻涌公社的麻三大队。1983年设麻三人民政府，1987年设麻三管理区，1999年才成为麻三村委会。[1][4]

经济与党建[edit]

镇政府栏目称，2023年村、组两级集体总资产为30471万元，集体总收入2926万元，集体纯收入2160万元。[3]

村党委有委员7人，下设党支部7个，党员219人，数字未注年份。[3]

荣誉[edit]

博雅地名网载，2025年3月，麻三村被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」；2023年11月，入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」；2020年12月，列入「2020年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”」创建单位名单；同年9月，农业农村部推介其为「2020年中国美丽休闲乡村」。[1][2]

镇政府栏目另列有「中国十大美丽休闲乡村」「广东省乡村治理示范村」「广东省文明村镇」「东莞市先进基层党组织」等称号。[3]
