氹涌村是广东省东莞市洪梅镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东北部，与望牛墩镇接壤，与道滘镇隔一条河相望。东莞西站位于村境内，穗莞深城际轨道穿村而过。[1][2][3]

地名由来[edit]

村前河涌有一个大氹，村因此得名。[1][2]

建村年代[edit]

政府网站称，清乾隆十四年（即1749年），李姓到此建村。博雅地名网同作清代中期1749年立村。百度百科则记为始建于清乾隆三年（1738年）。所注纪年与公元年份均相符，但建村年份说法不一，两说并存。[1][2][3]

人口与经济[edit]

政府网站记，村辖面积约1.77平方千米，全村930户，居民户籍2444人，流动人口2100人左右。[1]

政府网站还记，2023年末村集体总资产39422万元，负债率16.09%，集体经济总体平稳。[1]

城中村改造[edit]

百度百科记，2024年村内启动东莞西站洪梅单元的土地整备工作，涉及约1500亩土地和900余户村民。该项目是全国首批获得城中村改造专项借款的项目之一，国家开发银行给予首期资金5559.9万元。安置房一期已交付，二期于2023年10月开工。[2]
