洪屋涡村是广东省东莞市洪梅镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西南部，毗邻虎门港，与立沙岛隔一条河相望。全村地域面积约15平方千米，是全镇面积最大、人口最多的村。[1][2][4]

村内的莫萃华故居与洪屋涡农民协会遗址，是东莞早期革命活动的旧址。洪屋涡也是洪梅镇名称的来源之一。[2][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记村名与洪氏渔民在此安居有关，其纪年为“乾隆年间（约1510）”。乾隆年间指1736至1795年，与1510年不相符，该年代存疑，本条目不载。[2]

1953年村属洪屋涡乡，归东莞县第十三区（道滘）管辖。1958年并入麻涌公社，改称洪屋涡大队；1961年回归道滘公社。1981年，以洪屋涡与梅沙两村的首字命名洪梅，设洪梅公社。1983年改称洪屋涡乡，1987年改设管理区，1999年起成为村委会，延续至今。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

政府网站统计，村户籍人口为8001人，非本村户籍人口逾9000人，常住人口则在一万七千人以上。[1]

革命旧址与名人[edit]

政府网站称，东莞第一个社会主义青年团支部在洪屋涡诞生，本村也是东莞最早的农会发源地之一。政府网站还称，东莞首批中共党员、首任党支部书记莫萃华同志是本村人。[1]

莫萃华故居位于东南坊10巷17号，原为三间两廊的青砖瓦屋，莫萃华生于1904年。故居在1966年被拆，原址南侧另建直头屋。[5]

洪屋涡农民协会遗址位于庙前路31号，原是一座庙宇式的建筑“永安社学”，宽12米，深18米。1923年至1926年，洪屋涡的农会和党团组织多在这里活动。[6]

政府网站列出的荣誉有：「东莞市先进基层党组织」（2021年）、「洪梅镇2021年度优秀村（社区）」、「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」、「洪梅镇2023年度优秀村（社区）」、「洪梅镇2023年度全民反诈先进村居」，以及「东莞市美丽圩镇建设攻坚行动示范圩镇」。[1]
