凤岗社区是广东省东莞市凤岗镇唯一的社区，位于镇域西北部。它的东侧与黄洞村为邻，西侧则连着三联村与五联村。该社区1998年才设为居民委员会，此前经历过改制。2025年11月，社区被列入广东省未来社区（完整社区）建设试点。[1][2]

从社区到深圳罗湖桥火车站的距离约为十八公里，到东莞市区约五十二公里。全域面积1.83平方千米，内部分为两个村民小组与五个居民小组，前者是凤岗村和新村，后者为政通、南区、北区、西区与三正。[1][2]

2016年12月底的登记显示，社区户籍居民有9053人，分属2708户；与此同时，外来流动人口约八千一百人。海外籍的同村人士有52人，港澳居民105人。社区内楼盘共五十八个，另有出租屋198栋和工厂14间。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1919年这里还叫凤岗圩。1984年划为居民管理区，直到1998年才设为镇内唯一的居委会。[1]

改制之前，社区同其他村一样设三个班子（党组织、居民自治组织、经济组织），人员费用由居民经联社负担，当时户籍人口不足千人。外来人口大量要求入户，社区于是转型，按楼盘划分居民小组，承担入户、计生和业主委员会组建等工作。[2]

集体经济[edit]

社区没有村一级的经济，只有两个组级经济社（凤岗村、新村）。截至2016年末，两社净资产约6106万元，全年纯收入1030万元左右。[2]

社区治理[edit]

2010年6月，居委会设立党代表工作室，两年后被东莞市评为红旗工作室。之后，社区以三正卧龙山小区作试点，建立党组织、居民小组与综合服务中心，试点通过验收后被认定为全市首批样板社区。[2]
