良平社区是广东省东莞市寮步镇下辖的社区，成立于2008年2月，属于新型社区，主要负责全镇各房地产楼盘小区的公共管理工作。[1]
据介绍，社区管辖全镇65个楼盘小区，户籍人口7.5万多，常住人口约20万，设60个小区党支部，在册党员230名。[1]
职能[edit]
社区的工作包括消防安全巡查、综合治理与维稳、城市综合管理、信访调解、妇联与计划生育事务，以及业主委员会工作。[1]
群众组织与服务[edit]
社区组建了小区志愿服务队、楼长「义管家」、妇女委员会和「五老」调解等群体，并建有六个「阳光雨」小区党群服务站。[1]
