沿革[edit]

1957年全县撤区并大乡时，土塘一度设为大乡；1958年3月，土塘所在的大乡被并入常平大乡。[2]

设施与体育[edit]

村内有土塘小学、土塘公园与土塘幼儿园；村中的太极队曾多次获得广东省、东莞市武术文化大赛的团体金奖。[1]
