庙边王村位于石排镇南部，村名由旧时村落紧靠红圣庙而来。村域面积2.85平方公里左右，分为利屋、沙迳、庙一、庙二、庙三五个经济社。[1]
村内的龙眼岗贝丘遗址属新石器时代遗存，2004年公布为东莞市级文物保护单位。村组两级总资产2025年为7.46亿元，较2020年有较大增长。[1][3]
地理与交通[edit]
村庄地处石排镇南部，东园大道、石横大道、工业大道、龙腾路等道路在四周环绕，东边与松山湖（生态园）隔一条路相望。到东莞火车站车程约15分钟。[1]博雅地名网则称村庄位于镇的东南部，面积约4平方公里，常住人口约2200人，与政府网站的数字不一致；本条以政府网站为准。[2]
经济[edit]
村里借“工改工”与“三旧”改造盘活土地，2020年以来推进了沙迳旧洗水厂、利屋“三旧”改造、庙边王工业大厦等项目。[1]村组两级资产从2020年的2.77亿元涨到2025年的7.46亿元，收入则由4234万元增至6544万元。[1]
人居环境[edit]
村里出资约1500万元建成利屋公园、沙迳公园与庙一小公园，又用雨污分流和“千村碧塘”工程改善水环境。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
龙眼岗贝丘遗址位于村内，属新石器时代遗址，公布时间为2004年1月8日，为东莞市的市、县级文物保护单位。[3]
