黄花镇是广东省清远市英德市下辖的镇，位于英德市西南部，处在英西峰林走廊之中。2004年6月，明迳镇与岩背镇撤销，合并设立黄花镇。全镇辖1个社区和11个行政村，2020年11月1日常住人口30789人[1][2][6][8]。镇域以峰林山水和茶园著称，农业以麻竹笋种植为主，近年发展乡村旅游，2026年国庆假期全镇接待游客超过11万人次[2][4]。

历史沿革[edit]

黄花一带的建置始于明洪武二年（1369年）。清康熙四十四年（1705年）划入「英德县浛属清下都黄花图」，清道光十六年（1836年）设黄花乡[8]。新中国成立后，该地先后隶属英德县第二区、第四区和九龙区，1958年划入卫星人民公社，1959年析出设立明迳人民公社。1993年10月，此地改设明迳镇。2004年6月，明迳、岩背两镇同时撤销，设立黄花镇，此后沿用至今[8]。

据博雅地名网所载，镇名的由来是地形略似花朵，秋季田野与山间遍布野黄花，故称黄花[7]。

地理环境[edit]

黄花镇峰林密布。英西峰林的主要段落横跨黄花与九龙两镇之间，有一千多座石灰岩山峰呈线状排列，溪涧穿绕其间，被誉为「南天第一峰林风光」[5]。镇区大部分面积划入生态保护红线，部分景区位于国家森林公园和地质公园之内，项目用地指标因此紧张[2]。

人口与行政区划[edit]

2020年第七次全国人口普查时，全镇常住人口30789人。与2010年相比，黄花镇增加2507人，是全市24个镇（街）中人口增长较多的第三位[1]。

2023年的行政区划表中，黄花镇下辖十二个村（居）委会：明迳为居委会，另有城下、溪村、公正、三山、迳孔、放板、平星、岩背、新民、德岗和管塘十一个村委会[6]。2024年的工作总结称全镇以11个行政村为村级管理单位[2]。

经济[edit]

黄花镇镇域没有工业支撑，财政收入薄弱，镇政府把资金短缺列为首要难题[3]。农业以麻竹笋为主：2024年，全镇麻竹笋种了23547亩，从事生产的有一千多人，产值在2100万元以上[2]。2023年，一村一品项目投入140万元，在岩背、平星两村建设高山茶种植示范基地[3]。

旅游[edit]

黄花镇依托英西峰林发展生态观光、户外运动和乡村研学。「德高信T三茶园茶文化酒店」项目总投资约1.6亿元，计划2025年竣工。同年11月，T三峰林茶谷景区取得「国家3A级旅游景区」称号，全年还引入5个中高端民宿项目[2]。

2026年国庆假期，全镇接待游客超过11万人次。平星村的石蛤小院等乡村网红点位，以及茶谷的星愿岭落日音乐会，成为热门打卡点[4]。

名胜古迹[edit]

寨山彭家祠位于明迳坑坝的螺山上，始建于清代中叶。它既是当地彭氏族人为防御土匪而建的堡垒，也是宗族祠堂，俗称寨山古堡。2019年获公布为省级文物保护单位，并列入广东第五批古村落名单[5]。

永丰古桥俗称小赵州桥，位于明迳以北约2公里处。据百度百科，此桥建成于清朝，不设桥墩，全用石块砌成，结构受到称道；造型仿佛河北赵州桥，因而俗称小赵州桥[10]。

溪村的老虎谷溶洞漂流，河道长5.5公里，其中穿越岩洞长达一千多米；九重天栈道穿洞而过，全长一千五百多米，位于漂流景区之内，在岩口村[5]。

乡村治理与建设[edit]

2023年，全镇建成清远市特色村17个，达到美丽宜居村标准的行政村有9个，占75%。无害化户厕改造完成6965户，卫生户厕普及率为100%[3]。

镇党政班子开展「英州夜谈」基层协商活动，依托宗祠组织「五老」和乡贤参与，截至报道时已举办190多场[11]。

三山村于2023年入选省「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」首批典型村，并获评2023年广东省乡村治理示范村；公正村、城下村在2024年被列为典型村[2][3][9]。

2024年，黄花镇获广东省爱卫办命名为「广东省卫生镇」[2]。
