新岭村是广东省清远市英德市英红镇下辖的行政村，位于英红镇北部，村域内水源充足，耕地条件较好。全村人口3868人，分属981户，下设27个村民小组。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

1958年设新岭大队，1983年改为新岭乡人民政府，1986年改为新岭村委会，1990年称新岭管理区；1998年10月7日起定为村委会，沿用至今。2004年12月，中心坝村委会并入本村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予新岭村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

产业与文旅[edit]

禾寨生态园、鱼鳞坝等资源引来了东浩生态养殖有限公司，该公司投资3000万元，用于驯养观光与生态文旅项目，村小组由此每年多得租金7万元。[3]

村里依托农耕文化开办了「印象新岭」研学基地。该基地属于英红镇9个市级以上研学基地之一。[3][4]

民俗与公益[edit]

连续三年，新岭村在春分前后组织村民植树，以此代替祭扫时燃放鞭炮的旧俗。上刘、西井等村民小组则举办了「孝亲敬老团圆饭」。[4]

基础设施[edit]

2023年，英红镇安排97万元，用于白眉石一带水利陂头的改造，另修建村内约5.5公里的机耕路和2公里的灌溉管网。[5]

规划[edit]

《英德市英红镇新岭村村庄规划（2021—2035年）》获英德市人民政府批准的日期为2024年12月12日。研究范围面积4334.51公顷；永久基本农田不少于457.92公顷，生态保护红线不少于1139.31公顷，村庄建设用地为87.95公顷。[6]

规划将新岭村列为特色保护类村庄，保持村庄的完整性、真实性和延续性，并与岭南国家公园入口社区的创建相衔接，推动生态保护与乡村农文旅融合发展。[7]
