竹田村是广东省清远市英德市石灰铺镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南面，距镇政府约8公里，辖19个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年组建竹田大队，1983年改设竹田乡政府。1986年起称村委会，1990年改为管理区，1998年10月7日再次设为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉与建设[edit]

2021年12月，竹田村获2021年广东省卫生村称号。2023年5月，该村田背、下山两个村民小组获2022年广东省卫生村称号。[1]

一位返乡创业者推动在竹田村建设整洁村，并修缮了小学。[2]
