布心村是英德市大湾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西北部，离镇政府约1千米。村委会设在布心井自然村，全村辖29个自然村。[1]

村名的来历是：驻地附近有一个布心井村，村名以此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1998年10月7日改设布心村委会。之前的沿革是：1990年为布心管理区，1986年为村委会，1983年设布心乡政府，1958年称布心大队，1952年成立布心小乡。[1]

2019年9月，布心村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。广东省爱卫会于2021年12月把「2021年广东省卫生村」称号授予该村。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地连片，地力肥，属粮食主产区。调整农业结构之后，村里多种绿化树等经济作物。博雅地名网记人口4046人、耕地3986亩，未注年份。[1]
