黎沙村是西牛镇下辖的行政村，管辖21个村民小组，共448户、2190人。村内有竹签厂三间，主要生产竹签和竹筷。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年设黎沙乡，1990年改设黎沙管理区，1998年10月7日改称黎沙村委会。2004年12月10日，楼仔角村委会并入本村。[1]

经济[edit]

村内有三间竹签厂，生产各种规格的竹签和竹筷。农业以麻竹笋、单竹、水稻、玉米、花生、冬瓜和豆角为主。[2]

村内设村级卫生站2间。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，黎沙村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予东叶坳村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
