历史沿革[edit]

1950年设黄金竹乡政府，1990年改设金竹管理区，1998年10月7日改称金竹村委会，此后延续至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予金竹村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，同一机构授予大村村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。2026年1月，金竹村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
