石联村是广东省清远市英德市青塘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东面，距镇政府约5公里，辖24条自然村。村域内有英德市文物保护单位石二围屋。[1][2]

村名来自1949年至1952年间的农村合作社时期：当时村内三个片区各有山名或地名，合作社统一合并后取名石联。[1]2026年1月，石联村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

石联一带在1949年至1957年间为石联乡，1958年改称石联大队。1983年，乡级建制下设石联乡政府；1986年改为村委会，1990年一度为管理区。[1]1998年10月7日改为村委会建制，延续至今。[1]

规划[edit]

《英德市青塘镇石联村村庄规划（2025—2035年）》草案的范围为村域全部国土空间，面积1865.03公顷。规划的定位以观光农业为核心，依托生态居住环境发展种植与养殖。[2]

草案称，石联村涉及永久基本农田232.27公顷，村庄建设边界面积99.21公顷，并在历史文化保护线中列入石二围屋。[2]2025年12月19日，英德市人民政府批准该规划，批复文号为英府函〔2025〕116号。批后公告所列至2035年的村庄建设用地为131.15公顷，与草案数字不同。[3]

文物[edit]

石二围屋为英德市文物保护单位，位于石联村村域内。[2]

经济与荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月，把「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予石联村的石一、石二、下径、杨屋四个村民小组。[1]

村里利用马屋小学与石联小学的楼顶建设光伏，面积约1000平方米，每年为村集体增收约6万元。[4]
