新青村是广东省清远市英德市青塘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西面，距镇政府约3公里。全村辖16条自然村，即一至十六组。[1][2]

村名的来历与大队的分设有关。此地原属飞跃大队，1963年析出另设，因是新设的大队，且处在青南、青北两大队中间，便取名新青。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年至1957年，此地的乡级建制为新青乡。1958年起称新青大队，1983年新青乡政府设立。[1]

1986年起称村委会，1990年一度为管理区；1998年10月7日起称新青村委会，延续至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

新青村耕地连片平坦，土壤肥沃，水源充足，是粮食主产区。[1]相邻的村落包括青北村、青南村、石联村，以及榄村村、建新村、榔社村和青塘社区。[1]
