清溪村是广东省清远市英德市沙口镇下辖的行政村，下辖24个村小组，耕地面积2488.5亩。村域内北江东岸有史老墩遗址，年代自新石器时代延续至商时期。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村级建制经历多次变化：解放后这里先设农会，1953至1955年称清溪乡，1956年起办高级社，1983年为清溪乡政府所在。1986年定为清溪村委会，1990年改称清溪管理区，1998年10月7日重新设为村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村域内北江东岸的一级阶地上，留有史老墩遗址，年代从新石器时代延续到商代。遗址于1996年被发现，此后发掘了200平方米，最厚的文化层超过3米，内容分为两期。[1]

文明实践[edit]

2024年的工作总结提到，清溪村与新建村拟升级为文明实践示范站，预计当年底验收。[2]
