龙水村是广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县香坪镇下辖的行政村，村委会距镇政府约0.5公里，距县城约36公里。全村下辖9个自然村，辖区面积约49.99平方千米。村里以瑶绣等非遗产业为特色，近年建成了瑶绣工坊。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年为生产大队，1983年建乡，1987年5月起，「龙水村民委员会」的名称启用，此前的龙水乡就此改制；1989年10月改称管理区，1999年4月再改回村民委员会名称。[1]

2024年3月，本村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]

人口民族[edit]

经济[edit]

村里的瑶绣工坊设在原龙水村良圩小学的闲置地块上，地块约1250平方米，由村里与一家幼教机构合作，投入约30万元改造而成。工坊分瑶绣、扎染和农耕三个功能区，设有教学课室、文创展厅、直播空间和游客中心，可以学艺、参观、购买产品，也开设文创定制、农家烹饪等体验活动。[2]

工坊以校园地块的使用权和经营权入股，村集体按「土地入股＋动态分红」的方式获得收益：每年固定分红6000元，此后按实际盈利每五年递增。工坊给10多名妇女提供了全职工作，另有100多名群众可在此兼职增收。截至2025年10月，工坊已接待12个团队约900余人次到访。[2]

2026年，村里继续在瑶绣非遗传承基地周边集中种植山茶花、三角梅等观赏花木，以生态绿化带动非遗展示和体验。[4]

地理环境[edit]

村内「大路塘」「地雷坑」片区原有道路狭窄，大型车辆无法进入，农产品外运困难。2026年10月，新建道路工程进入收尾阶段，道路将修到村民家门口。[3]
