三排镇是广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县下辖的镇，位于县境南部，距县城7公里，107国道横贯其中。镇域下辖10个行政村，镇区设在山溪村辖区，居民以瑶族为主，是排瑶的聚居地。[1][2][5]

镇域面积，博雅地名网记为163平方千米，2024年的国土空间规划草案记为149.64平方千米。2020年常住人口2万人，少数民族约占57%。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

1942年，三排设立乡公所。连南瑶族自治县成立后，三排归南岗区管辖。1962年2月，三排公社成立，其辖区原为南岗公社的5个大队：东芒、连水、三排、牛头岭和山溪。[1]

此后，公社于1983年撤销，改设区公所；1987年由区改为乡，1998年1月又改为镇。2004年6月，原三排镇与南岗镇合并，形成如今的三排镇。[1]

镇内各行政村的沿革多为1958年至1962年间设立生产大队，1983年改乡，1987年改设村民委员会，1989年改为管理区，1999年又恢复村民委员会，各村的沿革见各村条目。[3]

地名的来历：三排由油岭古寨发展而来，初时有三个瑶寨，故名“三排”，“排”指依山势层层排开的瑶寨房屋。[4]

地理环境[edit]

三排镇位于县境南部，境内是典型的石灰岩地区，山岩溶洞遍布，地下河交汇贯通。[2]

镇域面积的两种记法已见于上文。国土空间规划草案记镇区范围为山溪村的行政辖区，面积19.2平方千米。[1][5]

2025年全镇森林覆盖率达70.24%。[6]

人口民族[edit]

全镇户籍人口有2.83万，实际常住的约2万人；少数民族约占57.00%（均为2020年数据）。[5]

居民以瑶族为主，镇内是以农业为主的排瑶聚居地。[2]

经济[edit]

镇域以农业为主，盛产黄豆、花生、玉米、烟叶和油茶，油茶是连南的主要油料基地之一。[2]

连南油茶是镇里的品牌农产品，入选我国国家地理标志产品。[5]

镇里的一座乡村振兴车间，即吨袋厂，截至2025年8月已供应超过30万个合格吨袋；10个行政村的分红总额为17万元。[6]

2024年4月，三排镇入选广东省文化和旅游特色镇（入库级）。[7]

文化[edit]

2018年5月公布的2018—2020年度「广东省民间文化艺术之乡」名单中，三排镇以瑶族耍歌堂入选。[1]

瑶族长鼓舞为国家级非物质文化遗产，瑶绣为广东省级非物质文化遗产。[5]

镇里的节庆活动有玩坡、尝新、开唱等，瑶族耍歌堂也在其中。[7]

名胜古迹[edit]

南岗千年瑶寨位于南岗村，博雅地名网记其为「国家4A级旅游景区」「广东省文物保护单位」。[11]

百度百科称南岗古排形成于唐末宋初，现存居住建筑402座，其中明清时期的13座；博雅地名网则称该寨建于宋代。两种年代都记于此。[9][11]

2012年12月，南岗古排与三排村被列入首批中国传统村落名录。[9][10]

万山朝王景区位于镇内，由近百座石山组成峰丛洼地，2018年获评国家石漠公园。博雅地名网记其为国家4A级旅游景区，另一段记2022年被评为国家3A级。[12]

连南三排瑶寨是旅游景区，寨子建在高坡上，房屋依山势逐级排列，内有吊脚楼，游客可观看瑶族歌舞。[8]

油岭古寨与南岗千年瑶寨、三排老寨并称镇内三寨。[7]

著名人物[edit]

李昌夫（1909—1989），原名唐帮号一，是连南三排人。1948年，他在连州九陂参加了农民秘密协会，此后走上革命道路；解放连南时，他立下功劳。解放后，他曾任连南一区区长，又任县民政科长。[1]
