蜈蚣田村是广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县三排镇下辖的行政村，位于三排镇政府南面约13公里，东与寨岗镇交界，北邻东芒村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1962年3月，蜈蚣田自水井坳大队分出，另立蜈蚣田大队，原水井坳大队随即撤销。1983年改乡，1987年改设村民委员会；1989年改为管理区，1999年复为村民委员会。[2]
行政区划[edit]
村内辖3条自然村、10个村民小组，自然村为蜈蚣田村、地磅村和老排村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，村里被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
