蒲芦洲村是岭背镇北部的行政村，村委会驻冲洛自然村，下辖11个村民小组，村子地处秤架河边，毗邻国道323线。村名的来由是村子四周有河水环绕，地形似沙洲、状如葫芦，一说为乡音谐音。[1][2]

沙田柚[edit]

村里以沙田柚为主要产业，种植面积据称达7000亩，村中保存着百年古柚树群。据百度百科，村集体经济年收入约36.79万元，并延伸发展了民宿、研学等业态。[1]

2023年，岭背镇局部地块列入控规编制试点，同年沙田柚的年产值达9000多万元。[1]

河道管护[edit]

村里承担青莲水流域9.6公里河道的管护职责，由村级河长统筹管护。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年12月，蒲芦洲村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2020年，村子获评广东省乡村治理示范村，同年8月列入首批「广东省一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为沙田柚。[1][2]

2022年8月，蒲芦洲村被确定为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2024年4月入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。同年，村里还列为阳山县「双百行动」典型村，并获评「广东省文化和旅游特色村」。[1][2]

贫困村退出[edit]

2019年，蒲芦洲村达到贫困村退出标准，实现退出。[3]
