原白湾镇撤销后并入石潭镇，区政府网站记为2003年9月；博雅地名网的村页则记为同年6月撤销，两说并存。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

居委会总面积约800亩；全社区共5个村民小组，博雅地名网记为557户、1651人（年份未注明）。[1]

社区与格水、白湾村、建民、石湖、联合、大洛、大岩、联滘、大坑、蒲坑、西安、大围、雷坑和石潭街道社区相邻。[1]
