三坑镇是广东省清远市清新区的一个乡镇，位于区境西南部，东面接山塘镇，南面与佛山市三水区相邻，西面连着肇庆市四会市，北面与太平镇交界。镇人民政府设在府前路1号。据百度百科，截至2024年，全镇辖有行政村14个、社区1个，村民小组共281个，农业、渔业与温泉旅游是主要行业。[1][2]

地名的来历与镇内三条坑谷有关：石陂坑、泥坑、旱坑在此会合，故称三坑（博雅地名网）。镇内的清新温矿泉度假区是国家4A级旅游景区，使三坑成为温泉小镇。[3][10]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科说，本地有两千余年的文字记载，先民大致在周代便已定居。明初一度称作善化乡，之后设立了行政建制；至清康熙十六年（1677年）才正式设镇。博雅地名网则记1986年12月撤区建镇，此前为三坑区。两处对建镇年份的说法不一，本条两说并列。[1][3]

1948年以前此地为化平乡，那一年改名三坑乡。1950年它归清远县第四区管辖，三年后划入第十二区；1958年改成公社，1983年又设三坑区，1986年底撤区，改设为镇。1988年起归清城区，次年1月转入清郊区，1992年成为清新县的一部分，2013年并入清新区。[3][6]

地理环境[edit]

镇子贴近北回归线，气候属南亚热带季风类型，降雨多而日照足。地势是西边高、东边低，平地约占六成面积。北江支流三坑河由北至南纵贯全镇，清西一级公路横穿境内。[4][5]

人口与行政区划[edit]

百度百科记2024年户籍人口51281人。维基百科记2020年人口31611人，博雅地名网引第七次全国人口普查数字作3.16万人，三者口径不同，不能直接相比。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

镇内农业以优质大米、水果、水产和清远鸡为主，特产有丝苗米、桂花鱼、山苏（百度百科，博雅地名网）。[1][4]

清新区政府的2023年工作报告称，镇内的万洋众创城由一家投资集团按设计、建设、招商、运营一体化的方式建设，规划厂房51万平方米，当年已建成通用厂房约3.3万平方米，签约引进项目4个。同年全镇累计引进项目15个（2023年工作总结）。[7][8]

2020年，三坑镇被评为广东省乡村治理示范镇。2024年3月，镇被命名为「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」（博雅地名网）。同年，镇获评广东省文化和旅游特色镇（入库级），并因「百千万工程」工作成效突出受到表彰；2025年又在第二批典型镇评定中过关（百度百科，博雅地名网）。[1][3]

2023年工作报告把镇域的乡村振兴示范带称作「山宿流泉 善美之乡」，该示范带在2022年度考评中获优秀等次（2023年工作总结）。[8]

名胜古迹[edit]

镇内以温泉资源著称。清新温矿泉度假区坐落在三坑河畔，园内有露天温泉区和多种温泉池，2024年改称「清远市河中温泉旅游区」，是国家4A级旅游景区。百度百科还记其核心区河中温泉在2024年11月获评中国五星级温泉。[5][10]

名将温泉是一处集体育训练、水疗和度假于一体的温泉度假村，设客房一百五十多间。博雅地名网称，国家男女足及青少年足球队都曾来此集训。田园牧歌生态旅游度假村占地一百六十多亩，设高尔夫练习场和露天泳池。[5]

马头岗墓位于马头岗，1962年和1963年两次清理，出土青铜器和陶器。博雅地名网认为，这两座墓是广东最早被发掘、以青铜器为主要随葬品的墓葬，对研究岭南青铜文化很有价值。[5]

白米铺村的朱氏大宗祠建于清乾隆年间，见 白米铺村。[5]

著名人物[edit]

吕直纯（1907—1976年），三坑镇人，中医。早年到广州随名医学习三年，此后在香港、太平与三坑几地行医开馆；1940年起在清城开业，1953年出席中南六省二市中医代表会议。[9]

陈可钰（1882—1944年）是博雅地名网列出的三坑镇相关名人。百度百科记他为广东清远人，早年加入同盟会，1926年起担任国民革命军第四军的副军长。[3][11]
