胜利村是清新区山塘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中部，离镇政府约5公里，与恒平、岗坳、山塘等村接壤。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取「万事胜利」的吉意。[1]

1953年以前这里属西尾乡。1964年从西尾分出，设胜利大队；1983年10月并入乡，1987年改称胜利村委会，1989年改为管理区，1998年又回到村委会的建制。[1]

经济[edit]

胜利村盘活闲置用地，建起稻谷烘干中心，建成后日烘干能力近百吨，用来解决晒粮难的问题；村里还利用闲置房屋设立了三人燕尾龙舟展览馆。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，胜利村获得广东省爱卫会授予的「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2024年3月，村里被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」；2024年1月，被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]

2026年初，胜利村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]
