新基村是广东省清远市清城区石角镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南面，沿清三公路两侧分布，距镇政府约2.5公里。[1]

行政区划[edit]

村下辖15个自然村，有夫一、夫二、荷塘、荷东等。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年时称乐排乡。1958年乐排大队并入灵洲，合为大布大队；1980年再度分立，定名新基大队。1983年恢复为乡，1987年转为村委会，1989年划为管理区，1999年重新定为村委会。[1]
