概况[edit]

兆康楼建于1998年，因无业主委员会、无物业，设施老化，辅楼楼道开裂，房屋被鉴定为D级危房。2024年，社区组织居民议事，业主代表与住建、公安等部门协商后同意拆除。拆除之后，社区党委随即牵头组建了兆康楼业主委员会。[2]

社区的居民议事会依照六个步骤开展议事：先收集议题、再确定议题，然后做议前调研、协商议事，最后公开公示并跟踪落实。据街道报道，社区协商化解矛盾纠纷250多件。[2]
