三甲镇是广东省阳江市阳春市下辖的镇，位于阳春市西南部，东邻潭水镇，东北接永宁镇，西南与双滘、八甲二镇接壤，西北与信宜市合水镇相连。全镇设3个社区、24个行政村，镇政府驻三甲圩。[1][2]

本镇的传统食品三甲切粉以稻米和山泉水制作，据载清康熙七年（1668年）已有此物，由新楼村的十二嫂首创，2018年列入阳春市非物质文化遗产名录。[1][6]

历史沿革[edit]

隋开皇十年（590年）这一带属西城县，唐武德四年（621年）改属流南县。明洪武二年（1369年）归太平都管辖，都治设在今三甲坪。清乾隆年间（1736—1795年）此地设堡，称三甲堡。[4]

1930年起此地改称三甲下乡。阳春于1949年10月解放后，三甲仍保留区乡建制，属第四区，区公所驻三甲圩。1953年全县划为14个区，三甲归第九区，区公所迁到三甲坪。[4]

1956年定名为三甲区，次年撤区，改设三甲乡，1958年又改为三甲公社。1979年分设三甲、山坪两个公社，1983年复称三甲区，1986年改为三甲镇。2003年山坪镇并入本镇。[3][4]

三甲圩的名称来历是这样的：明嘉靖年间，双龙村的刘氏族人在三甲河与庞洞河的汇合处开了一处墟场，即三甲圩，后来镇政府驻于此圩，地名因而沿用。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

三甲镇位于阳春市西南约38公里处。境内有广茂铁路三甲站，广湛中线公路穿境而过。[2][5]

辖区面积的数字有两种：博雅地名网载为181.3平方千米，百度百科载为303.46平方千米，两者相差较大，均未注年份，此处两说并存。[1][2]

人口数字也有出入：博雅地名网引第七次全国人口普查结果（2021年6月公布），三甲镇人口为4.13万人，在全市乡镇中居第8位。[2] 百度百科载截至2019年末户籍人口为78239人。[1] 维基百科一条未注年份的数字为42791人。[5]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网所载1999年的统计显示，全镇工农业总产值为2.87亿元，粮食产出18975吨，农民人均纯收入2425元，财政收入521.3万元。[3]

农业上，耕地约30624亩（未注年份），主要种植橡胶、蚕桑、药材、果蔗和蔬菜，水果以龙眼、荔枝、马水桔为主。博雅地名网载1999年底水果面积约一万三千亩，蔬菜面积11599亩。[3]

水电方面，境内已建小型水电站8座，总装机3830千瓦，另有10座装机6553千瓦的资源可以开发。截至1999年底，全镇有乡镇企业28家。[3]

文化与文物[edit]

三甲切粉以稻米和山泉水为原料，传统上为手工生产，1987年起引入机械化生产。早期产品远销香港、新加坡和马来西亚等地。[1][2][6]

阳春刘氏家塾建于清康熙年间，保留清代科举牌匾50余块，2002年成为广东省文物保护单位，1983年起用作三甲中心小学校舍。[7]

河背范氏宗祠位于庞洞村，2019年4月19日被公布为广东省第九批省级文物保护单位。[8]

造罗寨蓝氏宗祠于2012年10月20日被公布为广东省第七批省级文物保护单位。[9]

荣誉[edit]

三甲镇在2019年度广东省卫生镇（县城）名单之中，获认定的时间为2020年2月。[2]
