良垌村是阳春市潭水镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网，清康熙年间建村时取名良垌，名字来源于古地名「高凉」，取其同音字「良」。[1]

1958年，良垌大队自荆山大队分出。1999年2月4日，良垌村委会获批设立，批准机关为阳春市人民政府。[2]

2021年12月，在良垌村委会辖下，永忠村与河清垌两个自然村被评为「2021年度阳江市卫生村」。[1]
