南星村是陂面镇的一个行政村，其前身是土改时划出的南星乡，1999年设立村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明万历年间（1573至1620年），境内曾建河仔岩村。土改时，高南乡南部另划为一乡，名为南星乡。此后1949年设乡，1958年改为大队，1983年改设乡政府，1986年设村委会，1989年改设管理区。1999年2月5日，经阳春市政府批准设立村委会。[1]
