河角村位于阳西县新圩镇，城乡分类属村庄（代码220）。在广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇名单中，该村于2026年3月列名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

河角在1949年属阳江县七区，1953年划入阳江县十七区陂底乡，1956年归儒洞区新墟乡，1958年5月转改归儒洞乡。同年11月编入大跃进人民公社，12月改归入儒洞人民公社，1961年划归新墟人民公社。1967年成立革命委员会，1980年恢复生产大队管委会。1983年与田心合并开设河角乡，由新墟区管辖；1987年2月成立村委会，1988年阳西建县后隶属新墟镇；1989年建立管理区，1999年重新设立村委会。[2]

镇概况称，全镇香蕉和佛手的主要种植地之一是河角。[2]

2026年1月，河角村被列为第二批百千万工程典型村（广东省）。[1]

阳江市2021年度卫生村名单中，河角村的龙湖头村与独湖仔村入选，名单公布于2021年12月。[1]
