上洋镇是广东省阳江市阳西县下辖的镇，位于阳西县东南部，背山面海，东连龙高山，西邻儒洞镇，南临南海，北与织篢镇接壤。全镇面积171.6平方千米，大陆海岸线约32千米。1987年撤区建镇，1988年随阳西建县改称阳西县上洋镇，镇政府驻上洋圩。[1][2]

镇内下辖1个社区和18个行政村。据快懂百科，截至2024年8月，全镇划分为18个村委会与1个居委会，常住人口约4.3万人。农业以西瓜、荔枝为主，快懂百科称上洋镇为广东省“西瓜之乡”“荔枝之乡”。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清代，今上洋一带属海陵乡白石都白石二图。传说南宋年间许、姚、彭三家先后迁来居住，到清乾隆年间（1736至1795年）才形成集市。圩前原为大海，此地起初叫“上海”，因别处已有同名地名，改称“上洋”。[2][7]

新中国成立后，这里属阳江县第七区，1956年改设上洋区。此后于1957年至1958年间改撤区为乡，设上洋乡；1958年并入大跃进人民公社，归儒洞公社管辖。1961年称上洋公社，1979年分为上洋、河北两个公社，1983年撤社建区，两社合并，改称上洋区。[2]

1987年撤区建镇，1988年4月阳西建县，此地称阳西县上洋镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

上洋镇背山面海，21世纪初全镇有耕地约4.3万亩，山坡林地约11.5万亩，大陆海岸线长32千米。[1]

东面的龙高山南麓有河洞庙，庙宇建于山谷之中，位于周新村委会一带。[1]

人口民族[edit]

以2000年第五次全国人口普查数据计，上洋镇总人口50945人，其中男性27388人，女性23557人。[1]

截至2020年11月1日零时，第七次全国人口普查登记上洋镇人口为42476人。[1]

经济[edit]

农业以西瓜、荔枝、花生和蔬菜为主。西瓜多在每年4至6月上市，主要品种有“黑美人”“金钟”等；荔枝品种有玉荷包、妃子笑、白糖罂等。[1][3]

白石、上联、那西、周新一带连片种植蔬菜。海水养殖以白尾对虾、石斑等为主，快懂百科称上洋镇为阳西县白尾对虾养殖示范基地。[1][3]

按快懂百科的数字，2022年上洋镇的地区生产总值为16.7亿元，折合人均2.27万元。[1]

荣誉方面，2020年8月，广东省农业农村厅公布名单，上洋镇以西瓜产业列入「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇。2021年12月，上洋镇位列阳江市卫生镇的2021年度名单。2023年4月11日，省级爱国卫生运动委员会授予上洋镇「广东省卫生乡镇」称号。2025年8月，上洋镇进入广东省「百千万工程」第三批专业镇建设名单。[2][1]

名胜古迹[edit]

双鱼古城位于双鱼城村，1394年（明洪武二十七年）筑城，驻双鱼守御千户所。明万历二年（1574年）城池遭倭寇攻陷，翌年修复；清雍正八年（1730年）起，这里成为阳江县丞的治所。现存东、北面城墙残基和北门护城河片段，城隍庙等建筑基址尚在。该古城于2002年定为阳西县文物保护单位，2022年被列入阳西十景。[6]

文笔塔矗立于南山岭村的山岭上，清嘉庆十二年（1807年）始建，后毁。民国三十年（1941年），姚世俨为纪念孙中山重建，青砖砌成，重建时为七层、高约25米。1969年夏，塔顶层遭雷击，现存六层。[1][4]

上洋村的姚宝光大屋建于民国时期，为第三批阳江市文物保护单位。[5]
