程村镇是广东省阳江市阳西县下辖的镇，位于县境东部，东面与江城区相接，北靠塘口镇和阳春市，西接织篢镇，南临洋边海。镇人民政府驻程村圩，地名由此而来。[1]

全镇下辖1个社区和21个行政村。沿海地带有红树林和近江牡蛎养殖，所产“程村蚝”于2005年获国家地理标志产品保护，2023年程村镇入选首批国家农业产业强镇。[1][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

这一带在明初至清末属归善乡虔儒都，分编为二、三、四图，直到光绪末年。民国以后仍归阳江县，新中国成立后先后划入第四区和第六区。50年代的区划变动较多：1953年为第十二区，1957年先称程村区，年内改为乡，1958年并入公社，当年年底转归织篢。1959年一度改作程村公社，1983年复为区，1987年定名为镇。1988年阳西置县，程村随之划入新县，改称阳西县程村镇。[3]

地理环境[edit]

按2003年的统计，镇域面积192平方千米，岸线全长39.8千米。耕地约4.65万亩，水田占3.4万亩。外海一侧水深超过10米之处还有约10万亩质地好的滩涂，山地坡地约7.9万亩可以造林种果。山海相连，农业与渔业并重。[1][2]

人口[edit]

2003年的全镇人口为6.31万。[2] 第七次全国人口普查之后，统计得出程村镇为3.93万人，全县各街道乡镇里排第4。[1] 两个数字的年份不同，不宜直接比较。

经济[edit]

海水养殖是镇里的支柱产业。2003年，全镇农业总产值3.348亿元，其中吊桩养蚝的收入为1.47亿元，农民人均纯收入3815元。[2] 近江牡蛎的棚架式吊桩养殖约5.2万亩，淡海滩涂虾蟹养殖约3.8万亩，水果以荔枝、龙眼为主，种植约2.5万亩，“三鸟”年出栏量达115万只。[2]

据百度百科，程村蚝大多出自濠山、根竹山、红木山这三个村，个头大，口感鲜甜。获得地理标志产品保护的时间是2005年12月21日，发布公告的是国家质检总局，编号为2005年第182号。[4] 镇里另一件拳头产品是红心鸭蛋，蛋黄比普通鸭蛋更红。[1] 投资者在2000年前后于镇内办起檀香种植，如今全镇檀香约1万亩。[2]

2001年，全镇获「广东省农村经济强镇」的称号，同年又经国家质检系统认定，成为国家级近江牡蛎吊养标准化示范区。1996年，广东省海洋与水产厅授予海水养殖「万吨镇」的称号；次年和再次年，阳江市海洋与水产局分别给予「一镇一品先进单位」和「新优品种推广先进单位」。[2] 2020年5月，程村镇进入2020年农业产业强镇建设的名单；同年8月，第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇由广东省农业农村厅公告，程村蚝因此入选。2023年8月，农业农村部与财政部发布首批国家农业产业强镇，程村镇凭借程村蚝在其中。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

程村镇处在洋边海的沿岸，咸淡水在此交汇，沿滩涂绵延着万亩红树林。镇内设有程村红树林自然保护区，面积约1.5万亩，红树林由此形成天然的水质净化作用。[4]
