牛岭村位于阳西县织篢镇，村名与当地地形有关，2026年3月被认定为广东省“百千万工程”典型村镇。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子建在一座山头之下，山形似牛，村因此得名；村委会驻地也设在牛岭村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年牛岭划入阳江县第十三区，称牛岭乡。1956年隶属织篢区，1958年先并入织篢乡，之后又归织篢人民公社。1959年改为牛岭生产大队，1983年复设牛岭乡，1986年再改为村委会。阳西建县后，村属织篢镇，1989年设管理区，1999年设村委会，此名延续至今。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
