高罗村是广东省阳江市阳东区合山镇下辖的行政村，属村庄。1949年取消保甲制后设行政村，隶属东河乡。1961年由东河大队分出高垌、罗村两个大队，1963年两队合并为高垌大队。1983年改设乡政府，1986年设高罗村委会，1989年改为高罗管理区，1996年6月再设高罗村委会。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，高罗村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。2026年3月，高罗村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
